Notification of Fplus Ltd. as a body for assessing product conformity

In 2024, we formed a Product Certification Body at F Plus Ltd. The field of activity is a conformity assessment according to:

-The national requirements for construction products, determined by an order of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works;

-Regulation (EU) 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC.

F plus applies for notification in these areas. After successfully passed inspections in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No RD-02-20-1 of 5 February 2015 on the terms and conditions for the use of construction products in the constructions of the Republic of Bulgaria and Regulation (EU) 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011, it received permits for:

• assessment of the conformity of construction products with the national requirements No ROSSP 28 of 15.04. 2025, which can be found here;
• assessment and verification of the constancy of the performance of construction products No CPR 31-NB2548 of 11.08.2025, which can be found here.
